At Le Minor, we take pride in the quality of our French-made garments; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our workshop.
